Steps you should follow to report and emergency

1)Reporting a fire

Student A: you left some kitchen towel next to your cooker and now your kitchen is burning on fire call 911 asking for the fire brigade
Student B: Ask for information about the fire (who, when, where)

2) Unconscious and breathing

Watch unconscious and breathing .

Student A is the operator. Give the caller advice on what to do in this emergency
Student  B is the caller. Call 911 asking for an ambulance and giving as much information as possible. Follow the tips that the operator advise you to do.

3) Reporting a robbery

Student A: You are a worker of this bank. You managed to hide youself from the robbers so they can't either see you or listen to you. Call the emergency number giving as much information as possible (who, when, where, describe the robbers)

Student B: You are the dipatcher. Gather relevant informatio to catch the robbers as soon as possible
